🛍️ Product Returns

Eligibility:

• You may return eligible unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all seals, labels, and safety packaging intact.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return:

2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your return.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
