• Start with a clean face
  Begin your routine by washing your face with a gentle cleanser and then apply toner (if you use one) to prep your skin.

• Dispense the right amount
  Pour a few drops of essence into the palm of your hand. You typically don’t need more than a coin-sized amount.

• Warm it up (optional)
  Rub your hands together lightly to warm the product. This helps with absorption.

• Pat, don’t rub
  Gently pat the essence into your skin using your hands. Start from the center of your face and move outward and upward—patting across your cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin. You can also lightly press it into your neck.

• Let it absorb
  Wait about 30 seconds to a minute for the essence to absorb fully before applying your serum or lotion.

Tips for Best Results:

• Use twice daily: in the morning and at night.

• Don’t use cotton pads—it wastes product. Hands work best.

• Be gentle! Avoid tugging or rubbing.

• Follow with serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen (if it's daytime).

• Keep Away from Eyes
  Most essences are not meant for use around the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

• Don’t Overuse
  Using too much product or applying it too frequently can overwhelm your skin, especially if it contains active ingredients (like acids or fermented extracts). Stick to once or twice daily use, as directed.
